⚠️ Beware Before Using Bookkaru App! ⚠️ I booked a bus ticket on 8th July from Multan to Karachi via the Bookkaru app and paid Rs. 4700 through my debit card. After 15-20 minutes, I received a call from Bookkaru management informing me that the bus had been cancelled, and they assured me that my amount would be refunded within 15 working days. Today is 1st August, and still no refund has been made to my bank account. I called their helpline yesterday, and they casually said: “Maybe 4 to 7 more days.” This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. It’s been almost a month now, and I'm feeling helpless as a customer. I’m sharing this so others can be careful while using this platform.
