I booked a bus ticket via Bookkaru online platform. Upon reaching the terminal, I was informed the bus route was canceled without any prior notice. I was told to apply for a refund. I complied and submitted the refund request immediately. This carelessness caused me to miss my uncle's funeral, a loss that can never be compensated. Despite repeated follow-ups via WhatsApp and providing my account details, no refund has been processed even after 1.5 months. No timely update or proactive communication. Fake promises of “approval under process” repeated multiple times. Constant delays and disrespectful behavior from support. Emotional damage and disruption to my personal life due to their negligence. Avoid using Bookkaru. Their services are unreliable, their customer care is non-responsive, and their refund process is a joke. They take your money upfront, cancel routes without notice, and vanish when it’s time to refund.
