I booked two bus tickets through Bookkaru in the last week of December 2025 and later cancelled them by calling their helpline. The refund amount was initially credited to my Bookkaru wallet. On 2nd January 2025, I requested a transfer of this amount to my Easypaisa account. As per their policy, refunds are supposed to be processed within 15 days. However, it has now been over two and a half months, and I still have not received my money. I have contacted their helpline multiple times, but each time I am told that the refund will be processed “this week.” Unfortunately, this has not happened so far. This level of delay and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing and reflects unprofessional behavior from Bookkaru. I request them to resolve this issue immediately and process my refund without any further delay.
