bookme Flight Tickets Reviews

Hi Bookme.pk and Fly Jinnah I booked a flight on my friend's behalf for may 16, 2026 from bookme.pk but due to a techinal glitch it was booked for may 17, 2026. I called them and asked to reschedule the flight for may 16 as my friend was going on his mother's funeral. They told me that cancelation is the only best option but they will refund me in form of voucher. I agreed with them. I didn't recive my voucher yet. I called them again and they told my that i have to make a reservation so they may manually apply it. I agreed with them. They told me that there will be 5500 deduction and yet, i agree with them but they deducted around 7K. I booked the flight for same person to islamabad so he can get a bus from there but due to some technical error from bookme side, the payment was not going through. After 3 straight hours of talking, i was connected to a supervisor and he told me that i can make a reservation. I created a reservation for my friend's family. Bookme called me about the reservation and i said I also have a coupon they agreed with me and said that the coupon is applied and you have to pay another PKR 8,229. I paid it via easypaisa, they said the payment has been received and i will get the ticket confirmation within few hours. However, i didn't get the confirmation yet I received a call and they said that the ticket won't proceed because the name on the ticket is changed. THEY DIDN'T TOLD ME ON CALL THAT THE COUPON WILL NOT APPLY ON THIS TRANSACTION WHEN THEY DEDUCTED MY MONEY. Now I'm out of my money, tickets, and coupon and bookme is not picking up the call either. I want my full refund in my bookme wallet or my ticket confirmation. This is the second time I'm suffering through all this tension given by Bookme In feb 2025 they confirmed that they will cancel my return ticket from cyprus but they didn't cancel it nor rescheduled it and my 120k were wasted and now this.
